Suqian Fire Command System

The Su-Cheng District Fire Command System connects a centralized web dashboard with a mobile app for field personnel. Designed to streamline emergency response and resource management, the two platforms keep command staff and firefighters synchronized in real time during critical operations.
For the field team
01 / MOBILE APPA direct route to essential actions
Home brings live scene information, incident reporting, speed dial, and location navigation together, with recent notifications close at hand.
Capture information in the field
Firefighters can collect photos, incident type, location, and a description in one report. Voice recording supports input when typing is inconvenient.
Follow the incident as it develops
An incident briefing, status chain, and chronological live feed keep updates and dispatched resources in one shared view.
Navigating ambiguity through rapid iteration
The stakeholders began with a broad vision, but the initial requirements were fluid and the technical roadmap was undefined. I used a fast iteration workflow to move from abstract concepts to interactive prototypes and establish a shared understanding of the system.
Visual feedback loops
Delivering functional UI/UX increments early gave clients something tangible to respond to. Seeing the system’s logic helped them turn previously undefined needs into specific, actionable feedback.
Adaptive development
Each iteration incorporated feedback from user testing. This helped align features such as real-time GPS tracking and automated incident status chains with the fire department’s operational needs.
For central command
02 / WEB DASHBOARDIncident reports & dispatch
The operator’s workspace brings incoming incident details and resource dispatch into the same flow.
Control & communication
The command dashboard combines location context, incident progress, and field updates synchronized with the firefighter’s mobile app.
Incident analysis
Historical incident data can be sorted and analyzed to review patterns across past operations.
