Su-Qian Fire Command System

2025   Mobile + Web

Project Overview
The Su-Cheng District Fire Command System is a comprehensive digital infrastructure designed to streamline emergency response and resource management. This project involved the simultaneous development of a high-performance web dashboard for centralized command and a mobile application for field personnel, ensuring real-time synchronization during critical operations.

Navigating Ambiguity through Rapid Iteration

One of the primary challenges of this project was a highly fluid set of initial requirements. The stakeholders began with a broad vision but lacked a defined technical roadmap. I bridged this gap by implementing a fast-iteration workflow, moving quickly from abstract concepts to interactive prototypes.
  • Visual Feedback Loops: By delivering functional UI/UX increments early in the process, I provided the clients with a tangible "source of truth." This allowed them to visualize the system’s logic and provide specific, actionable feedback on features that were previously undefined.
  • Adaptive Development: This iterative approach transformed "uncertainty" into a design asset. We were able to pivot quickly based on user testing, ensuring the final product—ranging from real-time GPS tracking to automated Incident Status Chains—was perfectly aligned with the operational needs of the fire department.
